All articles featured on The Homegrown are published for the educational study of Cannabis Culture and not intended to be used by anyone to conduct any illegal activities.  

All articles are written in a format such that the original author considers them to be as communicative as possible, however all articles are written exclusively to describe Cannabis Culture. 

That being said, all guide-format articles are written to convey the steps members of Cannabis Culture take to perform certain activities.  They are not intended to be followed, any use of the word you, implied or otherwise, refers to marijuana users as a whole and not directly to the reader.  This is similar to scientific experiment writeups that describe the apparatus used by providing instructions for setup, rather than simply a top-level description of the apparatus.

Any articles with narrative elements are fictional situations which are not based on any actual events.  All use of the word I on this website refers to a fictional, unnamed narrator.  All other people mentioned on the site are also fictional constructs created to convey a point.

One important thing learned from the study of Cannabis Culture is the way human subjects weight the benefits and costs of any given activity.  Despite legal consequences, some people still choose to use marijuana for various reasons.  While The Homegrown does not endorse any illegal activities, we encourage our users to weigh the benefits and costs of any decisions they make.  For the sake of disclosure, the study of Cannabis Culture can seem to tend to paint marijuana in a positive light, it should be duly noted that if you do choose to use marijuana in any way in the United States, any of the following legal consequences may occur:

• Imprisonment
